Take slip road off A19 signposted Seaham (B1404). At T junction turn right and pass the Seaton Lane Inn public house on your left. Turn left in to Hillside Crescent. We are situated on the farm immediately after the houses on your right.

From A19 Southbound
Take slip road off A19 signposted Sunderland/Ryhope (A1018). At roundabout take 2nd exit signposted Seaham and follow road to signal controlled cross roads. Turn right and follow B1404 until you pass the Seaton Lane Inn public house on your left. Turn left in to Hillside Crescent. We are situated on the farm immediately after the houses on your right.
